Is the top of your monitor screen at eye level?
Is the monitor screen at least 20 inches (50 cm) from your eyes?
Do your wrists remain flat when typing?

When seated, are your feet flat on the floor with your hips at a 90–120° angle?
Can you adjust the height and angle of your monitor, keyboard and chair?
Do you stand periodically while you work?
