In a continuing effort to deliver added value to their customers and partners, Ergotron today introduced the Ergotron Service Program. This new portfolio of services offers trained and certified experts to help facilitate improved workflow, manage critical integration projects and maintain long-term business efficiencies.
“The
goal of this program is to give our customers an affordable choice of
comprehensive service packages that offers everything from training to
regularly scheduled maintenance checks—offering peace of mind as they
implement or manage point-of-care in their own facility,” said
Melody McKay, Vice President of Ergotron Americas’ Business Unit.
Currently available for StyleView customers across North
America, the program offers three levels of service, enabling customers to
choose one that meets their unique business objectives:
Site Readiness: To help promote user satisfaction and reduce
operational downtime, this service option offers a certified expert to go onsite
and conduct in-depth staff and user training on the use, adjustment and maintenance
of their StyleView cart(s).
Integration: Leveraging the expertise of
the certified Service providers, customers choosing Integration are ensured
their StyleView Cart implementation is done “right the first time.”
Through this, customers can expect a seamless and successful integration that
includes: hardware and equipment installation, adjustment and counter-balancing,
cable routing, installation of StyleLink power management software and
an initial preventive maintenance check.
Preventive Maintenance: This
service option is designed to help maximize point-of-care computing investments
and maintain operational efficiencies. Available in one and three-year
packages, Preventive Maintenance
offers a comprehensive evaluation of the StyleView Cart inventory that includes
an intensive 34-point cart and nine-point power system inspection. At the end
of each service customers are presented with a detailed service report on all
evaluated carts.
Finally, following the completion of each service and to maintain the integrity of the program, customers are surveyed to assess their overall satisfaction with the service and service provider.
“Leveraging these great services will help save valuable
time and money—allowing the customer to focus on what’s most important, the
patient,” continued Ms. McKay.
