It’s the right time to add a customer care center, to more quickly answer local inquiries and ensure optimum service for our Asian customers.”
The customer care center will facilitate order flow between distribution, reseller and corporate customers, with special attention given to ensure the best possible routing for delivery. Ergotron’s goal is to reduce order delivery times and shipping costs associated with the challenging logistics of this immense region.
