This serves as a reminder to those customers who have purchased a 2” pole clamp in conjunction with either a 200 or 300 series flat panel wall mount arm.

During arm assembly, it is important to make sure to use the longer (5/8”) screw when attaching the arm to the pole clamp.

The product also ships with a smaller (1/2 inch long) screw. This smaller screw is intended to be used only in mounting the arm to an Ergotron Wall Plate or Wall Track accessory.

If the smaller, 1/2 inch screw, has been used to mount the arm to the clamp, it should be replaced with the larger 5/8 inch screw.

If you suspect that you have incorrectly mounted a 200 or 300 series arm to a 2” pole clamp, please contact Ergotron’s customer service at 1-800-888-8458. A Customer Care representative can provide you with replacement hardware.
