Position Summary

This position will work closely with our Marketing and Sales Operations teams to establish, maintain and positively cash flow Ergotron’s online store for excess and obsolete inventory sales. Primary responsibilities will involve the setup and maintenance of product listings, creative marketing strategies to support sales growth and internal process improvement for order management and fulfillment.

This position will also support Channel and Creative marketing teams with creation and implementation of online marketing strategies to support sales of primary product lines.

Position Responsibilities include:
Supports “Lean Business Enterprise” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination Establish and maintain online store product listings Negotiate and execute marketing activities that support and grow online sales. Work with marketing communications and creative marketing team to create customized email communications, partner collateral and online sales tools. Assist in expansion of social media presence for channel activities – twitter, LinkedIn, blogging Manage sell-through and account logistics for store sales Manage data collection for sales reporting, order tracking, store performance and tax reporting

Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-functional team environment, providing leadership and driving activities to completion Excellent communication skills Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing Deliver creative and innovative suggestions to enhance deliverables for target audience Balanced creative leadership, with strong project management capability Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. Keen sense of urgency defines the qualified candidate Effective presentation skills to all levels of corporate contacts Proficiency in Microsoft Office documents Ability to travel if needed
