Management at Ergotron

Mark R. Ellson is responsible for setting and overseeing the strategic direction for Ergotron’s Asia and Pacific Rim Business Unit. Prior to his current position Mr. Ellson was Senior Vice President ,Global Sales & Marketing; Vice President of Global Operations overseeing manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, engineering and development worldwide.

Before joining Ergotron, Mr. Ellson held a variety of key management assignments in sales, marketing, operations, engineering and customer care within the energy industry. In addition to his management experience he has over thirty years as a military officer in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves and currently is assigned as the senior leader responsible for Department of Defense’s logistics in Asia and Europe.

Mr. Ellson has been a member of the Board of Directors for a variety of non-profit companies. He currently serves as Executive member, Board of Director, Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce, where he works to build relationships between government and local businesses. He is also the committee chair for the International Trade Committee. Routinely, he asked to be a guest lecturer at the University of Saint Thomas on Business Globalization.

Mr. Ellson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. In addition, he has completed several executive programs focused on leadership, mergers, acquisitions, business planning and strategy.
