Ms. Richardson was promoted to Sr. Vice President of the OEM Group. Prior to the merger, she was Vice President of Program Management for CFT starting in July of 2002. She has 20 plus years of Operations, Customer Management and growth experience. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Richardson was a Senior Director of Program Management for MSL, one of the ten largest EMS companies. She has a great track record of successful management of significant OEM’s including Rockwell, Cisco, NCR, AT&T and many other customers. Under her leadership, these OEM’s were the top performing OEM’s with the highest Customer Satisfaction ratings, excellent profitability and growth.
