Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping

Ergotron is happy to provide free ground shipping on all orders. We know you’re anxious to create your ergonomic workspace, which is why we offer this service:

  • To all orders in the continental United States and Hawaii
  • To all orders processed by 2PM EST Mon–Fri (excluding holidays) will ship within 2 business days
  • Free shipping is valid for standard ground delivery only. Not valid in combination with other offers.

General Information

  • Domestic items ship within 2 business days of payment.
  • Carrier tracking is included with every order.
  • Ergotron is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Shipments may incur taxes upon delivery. Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Larger orders requiring LTL shipment may be delayed due to the schedules of the LTL carrier.
  • LTL shipments may require extra handling such as Lift Gate and Inside Delivery which may result in extra additional cost.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our customer service, which is why we offer a hassle-free returns process if you are dissatisfied with your new Ergotron purchase.

This Returns Policy (including damaged items) as described below is applicable only to those customers who purchase products directly from Ergotron’s online store located at Ergotron.com.

Dissatisfaction with Purchase

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a refund if you:

  • Use our self-service Returns Portal to complete your return online in minutes.

Or, you can:

  • Contact us via email within 30 days of delivery of item(s) you would like to return. During this Return Period, our Customer Care team will respond with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s). Please include your Order ID and reason for your return.
  • Ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving the authorization using original packaging and all instructions that our Customer Care team provided.

If we receive the product in resalable condition, a refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Typically, any approved refund will show up on your credit/debit card within 1 week of the arrival of your returned item(s) back at Ergotron.

Remember, your return needs to be sent back in the original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, that’s ok. We will simply charge a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item’s original purchase price.

Damaged Items

While we carefully package products, there is always a chance for damage to occur during shipment. If you receive an item damaged on delivery, you may receive a replacement or refund if you take the following steps:

  • Contact us via email within 3 days of delivery to report a claim that your purchased item is damaged, and attach pictures of the damage to your email to support our investigation.
  • Retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags for inspection if the shipping service requests a pick-up inspection.

Depending on the nature of the damages, we will either promptly email you a shipping label to return the damaged product or, if the shipping service deems a pick-up inspection necessary, we will provide instructions to prepare for the shipping company pick-up and return to sender.

  • Within 30 days of your receipt of the shipping label or pickup instructions, ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label or present the item for pick-up pursuant to the instructions provided.

If we receive the item and validate the damage claim, a refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Typically, any approved refund will show up on your credit/debit card within 1 week of the arrival of your returned item(s) back at Ergotron.

Defective Items

If you discover that your product(s) is defective on delivery, please reach out to us through our Customer Care Team within 30 days of receipt and indicate that that you want to return your item because you believe it is defective, unless it is a warranty claim.

If based on information you provide, we confirm that an item may be defective, we will issue a return shipping label to send the product back.

If you ship the item back within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label and we validate the defect, we will promptly ship a replacement item to the original delivery address at no additional charge.

  • We do not offer replacement items for custom items or other items or different variations of the same item.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, or if you prefer a refund and advise us of that preference when you make your claim, we will instead issue a refund of the original purchase price to the original method of payment promptly after receipt and verification of a defect existing in the item you return. Please note that you’ll need to ship all original parts and packaging to receive the refund.

For All Returns (including Damaged and Defective)

  • Any shipping fees paid by you, including expedited services or services to the non-contiguous U.S., are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 7 days from receipt of product for refunds to be processed.
  • If you return an item without meeting the applicable conditions stated above, we may in our discretion refuse to accept it or provide a refund less a restocking fee.

  • WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
  • THIS POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY.
