Vice President, Marketing
Amy joined Ergotron in August 2021 and was promoted to her current role in December 2022. As an experienced leader, Amy oversees Ergotron’s global marketing strategy and execution. This includes developing the innovation roadmap, establishing brand positioning, and using an integrative approach to drive awareness and demand through all aspects of segment, portfolio and channel marketing.
Prior to Ergotron, Amy worked at 3M for a decade in various brand and marketing leadership roles. She led portfolio positioning and simplification, launched 3M’s brand platform and oversaw strategic brand management projects. Her experience helped form her appreciation for customer insights, marketing as an art and science, and the power of an integrated team.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota. She lives in West St. Paul, Minnesota, with her husband and three sons. She enjoys watching her sons play hockey and football, and as a family, they like to spend time downhill skiing and at the lake.
