Lynne Odegaard

Vice President, Global Human Resources

Lynne joined Ergotron in June 2004 and was promoted to the role of Sr. Director of Global Human Resources in fall 2018. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of global human resources operations.

Throughout her career, Lynne has held a variety of positions within human resources. She has nearly 20 years of experience in all areas of human resources including talent engagement strategy, total rewards, performance management and talent acquisition.

Lynne graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management. She earned a double major in Entrepreneurial Management and Human Resources/Industrial Relations.

She and her husband, Aaron, have two children, Beckett and Cora. In her free time, Lynne enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with her large extended family.
