Vice President, Engineering & Innovation
Mike is a collaborative and award-winning leader known for helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential. He joined Ergotron in 2019 and leads our engineering team in building on our legacy of innovation to develop movement products that help our customers thrive.
He previously served as President of ASI Services and strategic advisor of Autonomous Solutions. He also spent nearly a decade at Tennant Company in global R&D and marketing leadership positions before serving as the Chief Technology Officer. He also held engineering leadership roles at Ecolab.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, with his wife, Lori. They have four adult children. When he’s not coaching soccer, he enjoys running, cycling, swimming, golf, tennis and basketball.
