Ergotron Names Ingram Micro as Distributor for New Zealand, Continues Global Expansion

ST. PAUL, MN, July 3, 2006

Ergotron, the worldwide leader in computer and video display mounting equipment, today announced a partnership with Ingram Micro New Zealand, the world’s largest technology distributor. The relationship makes Ingram Micro Ergotron’s first distributor supporting New Zealand, and positions Ergotron for rapid growth in that geographic market.

Ingram Micro has a long history of supporting best-of-class product introductions in new markets. “With their innovative Constant Force™ (CF) products lines, Ergotron has proven itself as the leader in display mounting systems,” says Paul Kruss of Ergotron.

Expansion into New Zealand was spearheaded by Ergotron’s Vice President of Sales, Jonathan Pyenson, and the company’s Country Manager in Australia, Paul Kruss. Mr. Kruss will support Ingram Micro in developing and training resellers and dealers, and ensuring Ergotron’s expansion into this new geographic market is successful.

“Partnering with Ingram Micro New Zealand is a strategic extension for our continued growth,” said Joel Hazzard, president and CEO of Ergotron. “Ingram Micro will help Ergotron better serve their customers as well as address increased sales opportunities throughout the technology-driven region. This alliance is part of our commitment to meet the needs of the industry, our customers and end users around the globe.”
