Power Issues

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Netbook(s) not charging	Unplugged power cord Improper docking of netbook(s) Tripped electrical circuit	Ensure power cord is fully connected to outlet Verify netbook is docked properly: green tab at dock’s edge should be visible Check facility circuit breakers If another electrical device shares the circuit, unplug that device
Power/Fault Status Indicator is flashing amber	Overheating	Ensure areas around fans/vents are clear Reduce room temperature below 86° F (30° C) Keep power cord plugged-in so fans continue to operate
