Management at Ergotron

Melody McKay has been a part of the Ergotron team since January of 2003. Melody is responsible for leading the Americas Business Unit which encompasses the U.S., Canada and South America and provides service and sales support, program management, tech support and other critical business unit functions such as forecasting, managing the unit’s P/L, and managing Ergotron’s distributor relationships.

Prior to coming to Ergotron, Melody held numerous positions with Xcel Energy. In her 13 years of working at Xcel, Melody’s titles included Director of HR, Manager, Retail and Service Training; Manager, Leadership and Organization Development. While at Xcel, Melody was one of the top 100 leaders of the company.

Melody completed her Masters in Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development. She’s also completed numerous Carlson School of Management leadership courses and has published a change management chapter for a textbook.
