Management at Ergotron

Lee Schalk joined the Ergotron team in November of 2004. Lee’s responsibilities include leading the Ergotron sales organization, assisting the management team in developing short and long term business objectives for Ergotron and representing customer, partner and the sales organizations interests in cross functional initiatives within Ergotron.

Before joining Ergotron, Lee was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alebra Technologies, which was named the fasted growing technology company in Minnesota (and 28th nationwide) by Deloitte and Touche in 2004. He has also served in senior sales management roles at Computer Network Technology, AT&T, NCR Corporation and several other high technology companies over a 25 year career.

Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. He has also completed extensive industry and leadership certifications from various technology and management organizations.

When Lee is not working and/or traveling, he likes to spend time with his wife and two children who all enjoy just about anything to do with water (in liquid or frozen form).
