With over a decade of experience working for a leading manufacturer of ergonomic and sit-stand display mount solutions, Betsey has experienced firsthand the transformative impact that movement can have on worker wellbeing. At Ergotron, Betsey is a trainer, catalyst and coach, helping others to understand and embrace the importance of movement within their own lives and those they influence. Her responsibilities include raising awareness of the harmful impacts of a sedentary workstyle, creating tools to aid organizations in the adoption and implementation of movement–friendly workstations and helping them achieve measurable results. Prior to joining Ergotron, Betsey was the Marketing Communications Manager at OmniMount, where she was responsible for all external and internal marketing collateral for the brand.

Betsey is a member of the National Wellness Institute and SHRM. She is an active participant in HERO, a national non-profit dedicated to identifying and sharing best practices in the field of workplace health and well-being, and is currently achieving her WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) credentials, signifying knowledge in human health and wellness in the built environment, and specialization in the WELL Building Standard.
