Product Integration: Tier 3 Service Program

Save time and money by allowing the experts to integrate your Ergotron product. Tier 3 service typically represents a cart and/or multi-configuration wall installation. All hardware and cabling will be set up to make your deployment seamless and successful.

Price is per unit, 10 unit minimum.

Unpack product, monitors, CPU or thin client devices, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.
Assemble and install product and prepare for hardware installation
Tailor configurations to user’s specific hardware
Install hardware (monitors, CPU or thin client devices, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.)
Adjust all product movements (counterbalance per weight of hardware)
Route and organize cabling
Note: System power and voice data set-up are the responsibility of customer
Follow up: Contact to ensure satisfaction after completion of integration
Thirty-day warranty, starts on final day of service visit
