The power system on all Ergotron StyleView Carts and SV32 PHD drawers can be connected via a USB cable (supplied) directly to the device (Laptop, PC, Thin Client, Tablet PC). The StyleLink Client Software loaded on the device monitors the power system and drawers, keeping a log for up to 365 days on the use of the cart and the status of the power system and drawers.

If the Enterprise components are installed on a server then real-time and historical cart information can be stored both locally and remotely.
|
|
The individual carts, with StyleLink 6 or later, communicate over a network sending data via SNMP to the Ergotron StyleLink collection service. The collection service inserts data into a Microsoft SQL Server. This service will run with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2005 Express (free download from MS). The Windows client/server application allows Enterprise users to monitor powered StyleView carts remotely via a central console.
