Scott Lunger Chief Commercial Officer
Scott serves as Ergotron’s Chief Commercial Officer and leads the Company’s global business units and marketing teams including Ergotron Commercial, Ergotron ODM & Custom Solutions , Ergotron Home and OmniMount. Prior to assuming his current role, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer for the Company since joining in June 2013.
Scott brings over 25 years’ experience running businesses, finance, strategic planning and business operations for global manufacturing and service companies. Accomplished in all facets of Leadership, General Management and CFO roles, he possesses a proven track record of generating increased sales and strong earnings while staying keenly focused on exceeding customer expectations.
Prior to joining Ergotron, Scott served for 13 years as Sr. Vice President and CFO for Nilfisk-Advance, the global leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of professional cleaning equipment. Scott had full P&L responsibilities and directed all business development, finance, tax, IT, human resources, legal, M&A and risk management. In addition, he was Chairman of 3 of the Company’s specialty equipment business units. During his tenure he lead 12 acquisitions including all pre and post-merger acquisition activities, set up greenfield production in Mexico, and created a world-class shared service organization.
Prior to Nilfisk-Advance, Scott served as President of Electrolux’s Kent-Euroclean commercial equipment business where he oversaw all aspects of sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, service and finance. Before this Scott held Division President, CFO and other senior level positions at commercial and consumer companies Electrolux, Laidlaw, Dolly, and Allied Products Corporation.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science with honors at Indiana University Kelly School of Business and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, he completed executive education programs in business development and executive leadership at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Scott’s business and other affiliations include involvement with business advisory groups and serving on a local school board and strategic committees. Scott lives in Excelsior, MN with his wife and has four children. He enjoys spending time with his family on the lake in the summer, golf, and winter skiing.
