Cheryl Holt Vice President, Product Management
Cheryl Holt joined Ergotron in 2006 as Director of Product Management for Ergotron Branded Products. She restructured the new ISO-certified product design process, lowering Ergotron’s time to market for new products and meeting aggressive cost goals. This has increased annual product introductions by 60%. In 2012 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President over Product Management for Ergotron Branded, OmniMount and ODM products. In her current role, Cheryl has global responsibility for all product management operations. Cheryl manages all product innovation from concept through to launch. In addition, she is responsible for quarterly margin reviews and ensuring that we learn from every design cycle. Cheryl has streamlined the OmniMount product innovation and launch processes to fully align with the Ergotron product management processes.
Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in operations, customer service, sales and program management with NCR/AT&T, Manufacturers Services Ltd. and Celestica. Prior to joining Ergotron, Cheryl worked for Celestica, a top global EMS company, in the Senior Director of Program Management role. She successfully managed several large global accounts (such as Honeywell, Rockwell and Ingenico) as well as US, Malaysia, Singapore and Mexico manufacturing. She increased revenue and profit on these accounts for Celestica while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Cheryl has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Bethel College, with emphasis on business communications and finance.
Cheryl is one of the founders and an officer of the board for a Minnesota nonprofit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of children and adults with special needs by providing equine assisted activities and therapies. She donates hundreds of hours of volunteer time working on the board and is a certified instructor for the program. Cheryl is also a volunteer with her church.
Cheryl enjoys horseback riding and rock and alpine mountain climbing with her husband.
